There are numerous tea rooms in Bath, but my colleague suggested this one when my 18 year old son asked if he could experience a traditional English tea for the first time as a birthday treat. Upon entering, I was delighted we followed my colleague’s advice! Quaint & welcoming describes it, as opposed to the more formal atmosphere in some of the grander establishments. Due to its size, we did have to wait a bit, but since we hadn’t made a reservation, this was to be expected. The wait, however, was not unpleasant, as we relaxed on the comfy floral sofa engrossed in our smartphones!
