I went in for an infil and replacement of two nails, booked in for 17.15 and was out within half an hour. Wasn't too impressed when I saw that some nails hadn't got full coverage of acrylic and that the Apexes wernt balanced. I didn't question it as I didn't pick it up until the gel was applied. From afar they look okay but up closely there's a lot of mistakes that were made and I feel like they were rushed due to closing at 18.00. The manager did contact me asking me to come back so she could redo them but unfortunately it was a passing visit as I was in the area.
Was my first time visiting and won’t be the last. All the staff were lovely and my nails turned out exactly how I wanted them. Thank you again x
