My son was really anxious about getting his ears pierced but really wanted them done. Ruby was just wonderful and set him at ease and helped calm him down. It's also very clear that Ruby is on top of hygiene and avoiding infections. We are very pleased with the piercing and earrings too - Thank you!
Ruby was excellent at putting my 8 yr old son at ease. We specifically wanted his ears done with a needle. She was calm and talked him through everything. She was thorough with aftercare and I would highly recommend.
Second trip to Ruby's today. Last time it was for my son's firsts and I was so impressed that I returned to have my thirds done. Ruby is just fantastic! She is so skilled and yet so warm and approachable. Even though she has probably seen dozens of other clients that day she really makes you feel like her only customer. We had a lovely chat and she even gave me some advice on some old piercings. I really wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. I highly recommend!
