Oliver is incredibly amiable yet maintains a high level of professionalism, adapting to whether you prefer a conversational or quiet appointment. Oliver truly exceeded my expectations during my visit. The scalp massage was incredibly soothing and indulgent! His treatment room exudes a cosy and aesthetically pleasing vibe, and he maintains impeccable hygiene standards with freshly changed blankets and towels. Cancelled appointment with no explanation, leaving me in a lurch just days before a significant event. The cancellation notice came via text at 12.30 on a Tuesday for a Friday appointment at noon for a wedding! When confronted about the unprofessionalism of this abrupt cancellation, Amie proceeded to cancel a brow appointment and the bride's eyelash extension appointment as well! My advice would be to steer clear if you are relying on an appointment for a special occasion - highly unprofessional behaviour, escalating to aggression when criticized. It's worth noting that these appointments were scheduled well over a month in advance, making the last-minute decision to cancel them two days before the event utterly unacceptable. I've since discovered that she struggles with staff turnover and renting out spaces in her salon, not a good look for a business that only opened in May.
