Appalling experience with the customer service today. I rescheduled my appointment with the Salon's approval and received a confirmed new date. However, upon arriving today for my 6-year-old daughter's appointment, I was informed that because I had 'cancelled' my original appointment, I was no longer considered a customer. As a result, my daughter was charged the adult price of £73 for a simple haircut. It appears that her approach towards customers has changed, as she now seems focused on charging additional fees and treating clients as mere sources of revenue.

Extremely let down by Christina's customer service. She failed to notify me that she intended to apply highlights to my roots, which was not what I had requested. Moreover, she did not allocate sufficient time to dry my hair. Upon returning home and inspecting my hair, I discovered that the dye had not been blended properly with my previously bleached hair, and that shampoo residue remained in my hair. When I returned to the salon hoping for a resolution, she insisted that I pay extra for any corrections and her demeanor towards me shifted negatively upon expressing my dissatisfaction. It was disheartening as Christina is typically a pleasant individual, and I was disappointed by her lack of willingness to assist me.
