I was seen thirty minutes past my scheduled time without prior notice of any delays. After getting layers put in, I noticed the next day that my haircut was quite uneven once I straightened it. The unevenness is very noticeable when I tie it up in a ponytail. I will need to go somewhere else to have it fixed.
