I advise against spending your money here. I arrived without an appointment and was told by the receptionist that I would only have to wait 3 minutes for the therapist to arrive. However, she was insistent on me paying upfront. I declined, stating that I would pay once the therapist was present. The receptionist (who I suspect is not a trained masseuse) then informed me that she would be the one giving me the massage as her colleague was unavailable (unaware that I understood Chinese). When I went to pay with my card for the advertised price of £50 for 45 minutes, she added an extra £1 for using a credit card, which was not disclosed beforehand. I decided to cancel the transaction and leave. This establishment's practices are extremely dubious, and I do not tolerate dishonesty.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this massage parlour. The masseur's service attitude was exceptional, and I will definitely be returning.
