I had a truly wonderful experience at this establishment. While on a break and recovering from a recent hospital visit for an internal ailment, I was feeling quite stiff and uncomfortable. However, after my session here, I was able to walk upright without any assistance. They were kind enough to fit me in last minute after their working hours, and the 90-minute massage I received was incredibly soothing. I wholeheartedly recommend paying a visit to this place!
I had hoped for a positive experience during my visit as I was in need of a good massage. However, the only positive aspects I can mention are the cleanliness of the premises and the efficiency of the booking process, as well as the helpfulness of the staff in rescheduling my appointment by 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the therapist I had lacked proper technique and applied stretches that worsened my back pain. Additionally, there was a language barrier that hindered effective communication about my concerns. It would have been beneficial if the front desk inquired about my problem areas and massage preferences to relay to the therapist. Overall, I left feeling dissatisfied and let down, without experiencing any relief. I wish I could provide a more positive review.
The massage therapists at this establishment were highly skilled, attentive, and provided a very satisfying experience. The reception service was friendly and welcoming. Both my partner and I agreed that it was the best massage we had ever received (granted, our experience is somewhat limited in this area). We departed feeling relaxed and content.
