Today I had a great experience while being in spacenk, I was greeted by this passionate and wonderful young man, Leo his name was. I asked for some advice on skincare as I was new to it and I didn’t know what to get. Leo was very helpful and he showed me many options I could choose from. Leo was very detailed and thorough with his information. I ended up buying the basics I needed and I left the store happy with my purchase. That was all thanks to Leo who helped me. Thank you for the great help. I hope to see you again when I visit the store.
All praise to B/Ben/Benji! Yesterday I popped into the store in urgent need of a concealer, SpaceNK is usually last on my list because I normally hate how the staff make me feel there so I was not expecting much. I was helped by the wonderful B (I didn’t get their name but the lady at the cashier said she thinks their name is B) who really turned my view of the store around- although I’m sure they are one of the rare ones. B was patient, helped me find the perfect colour match, suggested another brand for a different type of finish and then when it appeared as though the product I settled on wasn’t in stock, they went above and beyond to make sure I left the store happy with concealer in hand. B, thank you for all of your help yesterday and for taking your time with me! This is what great customer service is about!
