Absolutely dreadful customer service. I've had my appointment cancelled multiple times after arriving at the venue, only to be told by Treatwell to seek a refund, as the business claimed I never showed up. Thankfully, I had evidence from a parking app. Look for services elsewhere!!
I've been a loyal customer of TaiTam-D for over a year now, and I wouldn't even think of going elsewhere. Recently, I took my mother for a pampering session, and we were treated like royalty. We were offered tea or coffee with all our treatments, and the staff (especially Nok and Eddie) were incredibly warm and friendly. Elisa and Eddie give exceptional massages. Highly recommended!
After reading all the glowing reviews, I was excited for my spa treatment here. I had booked a 60-minute infrared sauna session through the Treatwell app. The sauna experience itself was pleasant and relaxing. Towards the end, the temperature rose to 60 degrees, but I adjusted it and the music glitched for a brief moment. The lady attending to me provided me with two glasses of water, which I appreciated. However, the towel I was given in the changing room seemed stale and unwashed. I assumed a fresh towel would be offered after the sauna, but no one checked on me or provided a new towel once the time was up. The shower area also seemed unclean, with hair on the plug and no instructions on how to use it. Overall, it was a mediocre experience. The staff were friendly, and the sauna was decent, so I'd rate it a 7/10. Significant improvements are needed in service quality and cleanliness.
