Although small and basic, the spa met our needs adequately. It was clean and well-maintained. We plan to return in the future.
Opted for a half-day at the spa, and the experience was decent. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the spa left something to be desired. During my massage, I noticed makeup and hair scattered around the face hole of the table, and the overall environment seemed a bit grimy. The towels and gowns provided were rough to the touch. Additionally, some staff members appeared somewhat bothered and irritable by our presence. Nonetheless, the massage and thermal room were enjoyable.
The swimming pool itself was satisfactory, however the thermal suite left much to be desired. It was evident that numerous tiles were missing, the steam room lacked any steam, and the foot spas were unclean. Stagnant water could be seen in various areas, including the seating area of the steam room and the experience shower. Despite being aware of drainage issues, the establishment continued to charge patrons. Overall, the thermal suite appeared unkempt and worn-out.
