Absolutely fantastic! Got a piercing today, the ladies are all absolutely lovely. Couldn't have asked for better. So, so helpful - they put me at ease as soon as I entered! Went to buy hair dye, found what I needed at a reasonable price but felt quite watched the whole time... staff were kind enough but it was a bit of an uncomfortable experience.
Just had my navel pierced today, I'm petrified of needles and was only in there for 20 minutes. The staff was fantastic and got it done (didn't even hurt), everyone was super nice and helpful. I'd mention the piercer's name, but I really can't remember, she was the best.
