Staff are incredibly warm and inviting, consistently delivering exceptional service! Have frequented this establishment for as long as I can remember and wouldn't consider going elsewhere. Prices are also very reasonable!
Discovered this hair salon after relocating nearby. Had been a loyal customer of a pricey salon for two decades before, but I am thrilled to have come across Brenda. Have recommended her to my friends - a welcoming and enjoyable salon.
Displeased with the proprietor/manager who mistreated my offspring unfairly during their employment there (at Profiles Kings Langley) due to their youth and exploited their lack of experience. Along with other grievances, some of which were clearly discriminatory, they were deprived of their legally mandated lunch breaks and made to work without rest for the entirety of their shifts! When they requested a lunch break on one occasion, they were dismissed without notice on the following shift, and the blame was unjustly shifted onto them, leaving them bewildered! On a prior shift, she displayed aggression towards one of them, for which she later apologised, acknowledging her wrongdoing in being hostile towards staff! This sets a poor precedent! I suspect my children were not the first nor will they be the last! Treating employees in such a manner is unacceptable and highly disappointing, especially considering our initial expectations!
