I am now a complete believer in Reflexology, all thanks to Alex at Tranquil Reflexology. I had been experiencing anxiety and unease for some time and was eager to try a more holistic approach to balance my emotions rather than relying solely on medical intervention. I was quite nervous as I have a skin condition on my feet that I'm very self-conscious about - I never let anyone see or touch my feet! But Alex was understanding and so caring - they made me feel completely at ease. We discussed different treatments and I chose an essential oil therapy. Alex inquired about my preferred oils and guided me accordingly. They ensured I was warm and comfortable before starting the session. I felt completely safe in their hands. Within moments, I felt a deep sense of relaxation. The gentle touches on my feet and the fluidity of their movements were incredibly soothing. I even experienced sensations throughout my body during the treatment, reaching a state of profound relaxation that I didn't want to end! Not only has my skin improved significantly, but the lasting effect has been a sense of complete balance and serenity. This is all thanks to Alex's expertise.
