Just had my eyebrows waxed by Sarah again, and I must say she is undoubtedly the best at it. I usually dread the pain, but with her, it was completely painless. Thank you ☺️ 10/10

I recently visited The Pamper Parlour for a Brow shaping and tinting session. I always try to support local businesses, but unfortunately, the owner lacks basic Customer Service skills. My brows were attended to by Sarah, the Chief Beautician, who is a delightful and amiable individual but seems to lack expertise in Eyebrow waxing. I used to have Lauren K do my brows, but she has since departed, so I decided to give Sarah a chance. After all, she is a senior member of staff and should be skilled in waxing, right? Well, unless you want to leave looking like a hairy mess, I suggest you steer clear! The session dragged on, and it was evident that Sarah lacked confidence in waxing. At one point, she even admitted that "Brows weren't her thing"... and she wasn't wrong. I left with my brows still dyed, not a single hair removed, and a chunk missing from the top! Overall, extremely disappointed! I requested a refund, considering the poor service, but the owner showed no interest in addressing my concerns, ignored my email, and declined a refund. Instead, she offered to redo my brows herself (a generous gesture, but I declined). So, if you entrust Sarah with your brows, good luck! Personally, I could have done a better job myself and saved £21.00!
