Today, I had my inaugural floatation pod experience courtesy of a birthday gift card. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and guided through the floating process by a polite and friendly attendant. The float itself was surreal, akin to floating in space. Music played for the initial 10/15 minutes, followed by silence until the last 5 minutes when it resumed to signal the session's end. Personally, I would have preferred continuous music as I dislike absolute silence, though the experience was still enjoyable.
