The team at KSL deserve all the praise in the world. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so attentive, friendly and warm. Every aspect of the spa package was flawless! Every little detail enhanced the day beyond any spa day I've experienced before. The thoughtful surprises they arranged for my birthday, the regular check-ins to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our day, the luxurious hand washes and lotions in the restroom. All these small details truly elevate the experience. My massage was perfection and the bed was so cozy I didn't want to leave. The afternoon tea was delightful. Absolutely faultless, I will definitely be spreading the word and coming back!
