Upon entering, Lily breezed past us without a nod. During the session, she barely engaged in conversation, focusing more on another client. I had booked a manicure with a hand massage over the phone, but the massage was omitted despite confirming it. Requesting white-tipped nails to match my toes, Lily claimed she lacked time, even though our session started late, not allowing the full hour as advertised. Instead of a manicure, she only provided a file and polish. She offered no explanations unless prompted, remaining mostly silent and uncommunicative. Despite booking a gel manicure weeks ahead, Lily repeatedly mentioned she couldn't accommodate it on the day, making me feel rushed. I was charged for a manicure and pedicure, although I didn't receive the latter. While the paint job was decent, the overall process was incomplete, lacking the foot massage promised during booking.
