I visited Adele's for chin enhancement treatments. After 5 sessions of LipoLab and 2 sessions of Lemon Bottle, I saw no improvement. In fact, Lemon Bottle seemed to make my chin larger! Disappointed, I requested a partial refund as I paid over £180 for a service that did not deliver results. Adele refused, claiming it was not how things worked. Her lack of professionalism and unwillingness to provide a resolution left me dissatisfied with the time and money I invested in her services.
