The nail technician was focused and dedicated, she clearly takes her work very seriously. She was very thorough! Her and the manager listened to my instructions and did as I asked, and the manager ensured I was satisfied! I had nothing to worry about because the nail technician did an excellent job shaping my nails! Proof in photos!!!

Just received the worst customer service ever, paid nearly £40 on the 21st of December to get my nails done and they lasted barely a week lifting and peeling off. Went back again today to get them redone and got charged another £37. Absolutely appalling and so sad as this is somewhere I always go and have always loved my nails but will be looking for somewhere else to go in the future.

Terrible service. I’m not one to leave reviews but I had to with this. Firstly, 0 communication while they are doing your nails, a lot of huffing and puffing when getting my toes done because I struggled to keep leg in position. No leg rest, they sort of expect you to just lift your leg in an awkward, very uncomfortable position. Which wasn’t a problem until I heard the huffing and puffing. A lot of my toes are literally bleeding for days as they are very rough and rushed badly. One person was doing my nails, he then swapped to another tech which is fine and I’m aware this happens in nail salons but I noticed the second nail tech that sat in the chair to finish my nails grabbed my hand showing the first nail tech that started me off and spoke in their language so of course I don’t know what was said but they started shouting to each other pointing at one of my nails which I later once I got home noticed was horrifically bubbly as well as practically every single other nail was also. So it was as though the tech was showing him look what you've done - still continuing though! And not bothering to fix it! They knew my nails were already bubbling up but still continued after pointing it out to each other, they left it, carried on, and allowed me to leave with them in that state! Charged over £60. Once I got home, I realized every single nail was bubbly, practically chipping. Very, very thick acrylic and just overall the worst job I've had done on my nails. Tried this place out as it’s close but never again. Very moody, rude staff and need more training, do not recommend. I would have returned for it to be fixed but did not want to return in the end as I just knew the amount of problems there were, they simply are not good so I will just be getting this fixed by another salon that I know will do their jobs properly. I also didn’t want to be around such rude staff again. If you are looking for a good nail salon, I recommend Queen Nails on County Road or Vegas Nails on Walton Vale.
