My first visit to this salon, and I'll definitely be back. Charlotte and the team at Alice Stephens made me feel valued, heard, and I left with a fabulous haircut feeling great. They took the time to understand what I wanted and how I care for my hair daily. The little extras like a scalp massage during the wash, offering a drink, and explaining the products used are all crucial to me. Thanks again, Charlotte and team!
I've been seeing Mia here for more than 5 years now and can honestly say she's not just my hairdresser but has become a dear friend 😊 From the first visit where she fixed a bad colour and cut, she made me feel and look fantastic. I knew then I'd never need to go elsewhere. My daughter also loves coming here! Nothing is too much trouble, and I always look forward to my appointments.
