Why have two service desks at the pharmacy area if they only serve at the prescription collection point? I wandered around the shop browsing while waiting for them to return from lunch. I could have been waiting in the queue at the prescription area if there was a sign indicating when they would be back. After lunch, I approached the non-prescription over-the-counter desk only to be told in an abrupt and annoyed manner that there was only one queue, which by that time had grown to 20 people long. Either remove the over-the-counter desk if no one serves there or at least put up a huge sign stating that there is no service at that desk.
Review specifically about the pharmacy. This must be the 5th or 6th time that my prescription has gone missing, the staff ignore you until it's convenient for them, and a couple of the staff members need training as their customer service skills are non-existent. It never used to be like this, so I have no idea what's happened, but they really need to reassess their setup and focus on improving things.
The store is spacious and well-lit, offering a wide range of products. There is ample parking available and easy access for individuals with disabilities. The only drawback, and the reason I have given the store 4 stars, is that there is always a queue for the pharmacy, which is the same queue for over-the-counter medication.
