My visit to Cedar today was truly delightful. Being on vacation, I felt incredibly welcomed. The staff were fantastic, and I left with stunning nails perfect for the summer. I would highly recommend this place!
I am utterly let down. Opted for gel polish, something I usually do myself but decided to treat myself before my trip. I anticipated but did not receive: nail filing, cuticle care, nail preparation, or base gel application. The nails were not capped, leading to peeling within a week. To top it off, the technician paused to enter a radio competition while painting my nails. Extremely disappointing service. I will not return and do not suggest it to others.
For 7 years, I have frequented this place, and I can genuinely declare that I will never seek services elsewhere! The treatments are exceptional, the staff is fantastic, and I feel like a queen when I depart. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment to everyone; whether it's for nails, facials, or massages, they are top-notch!
