Impeccably clean, professional, and welcoming studio. Both Neil (tattoo) and Lucy (piercing) guide you through the process step by step, explaining everything they do. Exceptional skill, artwork, and final outcome! I am absolutely delighted with my three small tattoos and nose piercing. I would highly recommend them!
Absolutely thrilled with my tattoo; Neil was fantastic, making me feel at ease and comfortable, explaining everything thoroughly. The studio is fantastic, and both Neil and Lucy are incredibly friendly and helpful. My daughter also had her navel pierced, and Lucy was delightful, explaining everything in great detail without rushing. A truly professional establishment, highly recommended!
My 9-year-old child had her ears pierced for the first time by Lucy yesterday afternoon. Upon entering the studio, we were met with the scent of disinfectant, indicating the exceptional cleanliness of the place! While Lucy guided both myself and my daughter through the process, Neil created a temporary tattoo to match the one her Auntie had done by him, diverting her attention from any nerves. My daughter was overjoyed and adores both her temporary tattoo and her piercings. The jewellery used was of excellent quality, with a great selection for her to choose from. From the moment I inquired about the ear piercings, Lucy was prompt in her responses and provided thorough information. Lucy consistently reassured my daughter that nothing would be done without her consent and there would be no unpleasant surprises. We left the studio feeling extremely happy and well taken care of. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. I am delighted that I selected them for the ear piercings. Outstanding customer service, impeccably clean premises, top-notch equipment, and jewellery.
