My visit to Cedar today was truly delightful. Being on vacation, I felt incredibly welcomed. The staff were fantastic, and I left with stunning nails perfect for the summer. If I could rate this experience, it would be a zero! Today, I went to have my nails done and it was the worst nail appointment I've ever had, especially being 23 weeks pregnant. The staff made me feel stressed and embarrassed in front of other customers. I requested white tip gel toes and acrylic nails, clearly communicating my preferences. However, the lady who attended to me had difficulty understanding and ended up clipping my skin twice, causing bleeding. Additionally, both my feet were burnt by the nail lamp, despite my attempts to show them. When they started on my acrylic nails, they completely ignored my request even after showing a picture. When I confronted them about the wrong colour, they argued with me and refused to rectify their mistake. Eventually, they begrudgingly redid my nails but the service was accompanied by rude behaviour and impatience. I had to wait for another customer to finish before someone else could redo my nails. Despite their error, I was still charged £70 for the subpar service. In comparison, I usually pay £55 at a different salon for a better experience. I feel overcharged and disrespected, especially considering my pregnancy. I will not be returning and advise others to avoid this place as well.About
