**Outstanding, amiable service from skilled professionals. Spotless, serene setting.**
Apologies, but I popped in to book an appointment for the upcoming days. The individual was unhelpful, reluctant to assist me, glanced at their phone, and mentioned no availability for a few weeks. The establishment appears pleasant, but regrettably, this staff member significantly detracted from the experience and inexplicably did not attempt to schedule an appointment for me. Service was substandard.
