Just 3 stars as my appointment time wasn't kept. Was informed upon arrival that she was running slightly behind schedule. We all fall behind with appointments, but in my view, running slightly late means 10 minutes, not 30. I believe I should have been informed upon arrival that there would be a 30-minute wait, so I could decide whether to reschedule or wait. Additionally, I was not pleased with a member of the team coughing over me without covering their mouth. I have a weakened immune system, and actions like that could land me in the hospital.
The team here is friendly and courteous, always willing to listen to your hair preferences, resulting in consistently excellent outcomes.
The individuals managing this salon are delightful. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. I highly recommend it.
