Participating in Mandy's aquanatal class during my pregnancy was a game-changer for me. I cannot stress enough how beneficial it was. It went beyond just swimming while pregnant (which was a delightful experience, floating weightlessly when feeling as large as a hippo). I also took part in Mandy's complimentary Positive Birth Movement session, received a pregnancy massage from her, and engaged in baby massage and buggy fit classes afterwards (along with a first-time mums class that unfortunately closed due to budget cuts). Mandy accompanied me throughout my entire pregnancy and birth journey, getting to know me, my partner, and our little boy on a deeper level than any of the numerous midwives and health visitors did. She is genuinely warm and approachable, showing a genuine interest in you as an individual. All her classes and courses are expertly conducted and enjoyable, and thanks to her laid-back approach, I connected with many other expectant mums and formed lasting friendships through her sessions. I am only saddened by the fact that I am now back at work and unable to participate in any of her activities. If there's one thing you do during your maternity leave, make sure it's getting involved with Mandy!
