Do not squander cash! I presumed I'd find a dependable hairdresser and be in safe hands. However, after requesting my natural hue to be restored, I ended up with black hair beneath and sporadic strands of red/orange/blonde on top instead. I lodged a complaint, revisited, and they applied a toner that did absolutely nothing. I complained again, seeking a refund, but was denied. They suggested I return once more, but after my previous visit resulted in uncomfortable silence and no improvement, I refuse to make a third trip and risk another mistake.
