Visited Sarah for a haircut today, and I absolutely adore it! Sarah was so welcoming and created a relaxing atmosphere. I won a haircut and blow dry in a competition on Instagram, which was such a lovely surprise! Thank you, Sarah, I'll definitely be returning for more!
Scheduled appointments for a nail treatment and hair dye session with Olivia, a talented nail artist. During our conversation, she suggested that I try out Emily, the hairdresser, for a haircut instead of waiting until my next trip to Paris, my upcoming travel destination. Both Olivia and Emily were not only skilled but also very friendly. Emily took the time to listen to my preferences and offered advice to ensure I was satisfied with the cut and style. Kudos to both of them!
Had my first appointment with Emma this morning - feeling a bit anxious as I'm not a fan of trying out new hairdressers, but decided to take a chance based on the positive reviews I've seen. Paid a £10 deposit when I booked (totally understandable given the current situation) and this amount was deducted from the final bill after the appointment. Emma greeted me warmly and all necessary health and safety protocols were in place. We discussed the haircut I wanted, with Emma offering her input without being pushy. The end result was a fantastic wash, cut, and blow dry. I also talked to Emma about hair colour, and we explored different options without any pressure. She even did a patch test so I can schedule another appointment for a semi-permanent colour. Overall, the service was outstanding, and I would highly recommend Emma.
