Encountered an uncomfortable and generally unpleasant situation with one of the staff members at the checkout. I was with my grandmother purchasing some items for myself and approached the till. One of the items was age-restricted. I am 21 years old and would gladly provide identification, yet, instead of addressing me, who had been at the till the entire time, the lady grabs the item and looks to my grandmother standing behind me, asking HER for ID ??? Moreover, she said it in our native language? I would have been willing to show ID, but this was rather unprofessional... it felt culturally disrespectful and I am quite shocked by this, will not be returning.
My little one required medicine, and naturally, we needed it early on Sunday morning. Here it was stated that it would open at 9 am, and this was confirmed two weeks ago. Apparently, 9 am and 10:30 are considered the same thing!!!
