I've frequented No 5 Beauty & Aesthetics during the summer for BIAB manicures and pedicures. Initially, everything was fantastic - easy booking process, timely email reminders, and superb nail work by a delightful therapist. However, on my second visit, my appointment was cancelled last minute due to traffic issues. Despite living nearby and being retired, I was able to reschedule without much hassle. Once again, I was pleased with the results. Today, my third visit was set for 9am. Yet again, I received a cancellation text at 7.30am due to staff illness, offering another slot tomorrow. Unfortunately, I have my stepdaughter's wedding to attend, missing out on having beautifully done nails. While I understand sickness happens, I'm disappointed to be let down a second time with short notice and unanswered calls.
Absolutely dreadful experience! Had a morning appointment booked, arrived on time, but left waiting outside for a whole 40 minutes! No acknowledgment, no apology for the delay, just utter disrespect. No call to explain or apologize for the appointment being cancelled. Will not be returning, ever!
Alice was a no-show for my appointment. Complete waste of time, definitely not going back there!
