Inspire is a fantastic fitness centre with a wide range of equipment suitable for all skill levels. I used to lack confidence, especially in a fitness setting, but I feel completely at ease here without any prying eyes or judgement, allowing me to push myself further and break out of my shell more and more. The staff are delightful, welcoming, and always ready to assist.
Inspire is the top gym to work out at in Larne. It's the initial gym I've ever joined and the ambiance is incredible after training here for almost half a year. You never feel scrutinized or evaluated, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. Chris, Alistair, and Sandra in particular. All of the personal trainers are willing to offer a few pointers, and everyone is easy to converse with. You'll encounter more engaging individuals here than in other gyms. Additionally, there's a vast amount of space for cardio, weight training, boxing, or even getting a haircut just because it's available. They also offer sauna and sports massage amenities. Everyone quickly makes you feel at home, and it's truly worthwhile to work out here!
Inspire gym was my inaugural fitness centre, and I've remained loyal for over a year now. The staff are fantastic, and there's always a positive vibe no matter the time of day. I've recommended it to a few people who now consistently train there and love it as much as I do. It's definitely a gym I would suggest to newcomers seeking a comfortable space to exercise.
