The pharmacy is consistently bustling, with queues extending out the door on most days. Prescription fulfillment is hampered by frequent stock shortages, leading to delays. I would recommend avoiding this pharmacy for prescription needs and opting for Jaffers instead. The shop's layout is poorly designed, with shelves obstructed by the queue, making browsing difficult. Overall, a subpar experience.
The pharmacists consistently strive to offer assistance above and beyond. Our reliance on your pharmacy is frequent, particularly for urgent prescriptions, and your service in these instances has been exceptional. It is regrettable that the other branch in Lee is closing, as we have concerns that the remaining branch may not have the capacity to handle the demand. We trust that this change will not diminish the otherwise outstanding level of service.
