Encountered warm and accommodating individuals who graciously overlooked my stomach's protests during the hour-long Thai massage. They arranged a couples' room at short notice and were happy to incorporate oil into our massage. The rooms were cozy and conducive to relaxation. Exceptional massage experience; I'll definitely return.
Experienced a delightful one-hour massage (£40) that left me feeling rejuvenated! The session began with a soothing relaxation phase, followed by expert stretching techniques that relieved all tension points. The ambiance was charming, and I was treated to a traditional Thai beverage afterwards.
I made an online reservation through their website a day prior to my visit to Manchester, and received a confirmation. Upon arrival, the staff behind the closed door turned me away, citing she was 'busy'. There was no attempt to address me in person. This is by far the most appalling customer service encounter I've encountered. Disappointed with how my trip was marred.
