Absolutely adored my experience. Nancy, my stylist, was so pleasant to talk to, explained everything thoroughly, provided hair care tips, and shared her thoughts on the styles I suggested. I hadn't visited a hairdresser in 4 years as I usually dislike it. This was the best experience ever! I will definitely return.

Absolutely wonderful and relaxing time with Tom at the Leeds salon. What an amazing hair stylist. He listened to my desires, offered his expert advice, and importantly took his time with both cutting and styling my hair to perfection. A delightful person to converse with, not overly talkative either (clearly focused on his work). I am thrilled with my haircut, it's exactly what I wanted and feels fantastic. I will definitely return to Tom and highly recommend him. The salon atmosphere was welcoming, with multiple offers of refreshments. I also had a lovely conversation with the senior receptionist Julie, who has been there for 21 years and even remembered me from 14 years ago when Joseph used to cut my hair before leaving to work in Scotland.
