Absolutely adored the nail design, it was so unique! However, I was a bit taken aback by the discrepancy in pricing. I had agreed on £30 for the service, but ended up being charged £38 without explanation. The lack of transparency was disappointing, especially when I noticed the menu listed the service at £28. Additionally, my partner felt rushed during her session. Overall, the experience left me dissatisfied and unlikely to return.
The worst nail experience ever. The extensions were poorly done and started coming off within a week. When I went back to have them removed, they caused me extra pain with excessive filing. The staff proceeded to shape my nails without consent, and the final result was uneven and uncomfortable. To top it off, I was overcharged at the end. I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment; it was truly a nightmare.
