The welcome always warm and efficient. I've experienced several intense muscle treatments from Judy who I feel completely at ease with. My spine has greatly improved since these sessions, I feel fantastic afterwards but the benefits continue to enhance my back and neck overall. Thank you Judy.

Upon my first massage session with Heather, feeling quite anxious, I entered the reception area. The receptionist was incredibly kind and then Heather led me into a beautifully calming room which helped ease my nerves. The bed was heated but was adjusted to my liking, which was wonderful. As I got ready, the massage began. The full body massage I received from Heather was absolutely extraordinary, it felt incredibly wonderful, it calmed my anxiety almost instantly, and she made me feel very at ease and relaxed. The massage itself was truly amazing, she knew exactly what she was doing and executed it flawlessly. I was offered a drink afterwards and my body felt fantastic. Heather is truly talented and an exceptional massage therapist, highly recommended, and I eagerly anticipate booking with her in the future. Keep up the outstanding work and thank you for the most incredible massage ever. I have continued to receive massages since Heather has been on maternity leave and have been seeing Judita as my massage therapist. She has filled big shoes and her massages are equally fantastic. Judita's deep tissue massages feel incredibly amazing, she applies the perfect pressure every time where I need it. Judita's head massages are wonderfully relaxing and her relaxation massages are truly soothing and delightful. Judita is incredibly skilled and has magic hands. I wish I could give zero stars! Wasted my time being told they could provide me with counselling. Waited four months for them to begin my counselling only to be told they do not offer that specific type of counselling! Do not use this service! Only concerned about profit! What a bunch of falsehoods I was referred in March by social prescribing part of connecting Leeds who clearly stated that I required a specific type of counselling! I also spoke to Olivia on the second of April and she clearly stated you offer that specific counselling. When I spoke to someone on the phone on the 4th of July, they mentioned that staff have previously misled clients by claiming they offer that specific counselling when they do not. In fact, I also spoke to another lady at reception on the 4th of July and she also confirmed that you provide that specific counselling. I was informed that you do indeed offer that type of counselling but it costs 60 or 70 pounds and was not offered to me as the other counsellors do not provide this service. Essentially, because I am on benefits and counsellors are unwilling to accept ten pounds per session. I have no reason to lie as I am devout and it goes against my beliefs to deceive. You should all be ashamed of how you treat a disabled person with mental health issues who is on benefits!
