I've been to this salon a few times and had good experiences, until today. It was really busy and the manicurist was filing my nails too quickly, causing me to get hurt and bleed. When I raised this issue, the staff member I spoke to didn't seem to care or offer an apology. I wouldn't recommend this place due to the poor customer service.
Absolutely terrible experience. Despite having an appointment, I had to wait an extra half an hour to be seated. As they were closing soon, they rushed through the service, resulting in a poor outcome. I will be going elsewhere to have them redone as they look like a messy child's art project. The colour is nothing like what I chose.
The team here is fantastic and my nails always turn out beautifully. I initially had builder gel applied to my short nails, which have now grown to a lovely, strong length. When I accidentally broke one, they fixed it in just 10 minutes, free of charge. I have no complaints at all.
