I have visited this spa a few times and always had a positive experience with Nancy. She is excellent from the beginning to the end. However, during my last visit, a different receptionist made a mistake with the bookings and instead of apologising, she got into an argument. Due to this unpleasant encounter, I have decided not to return. I recently had my inaugural treatment at Emily's Salon. I underwent Brow Lamination administered by Alex. Oh my, I was truly impressed by the top-notch treatment I received.
