The gentleman working on my nails was delightful, but in comparison to my previous visit, the quality of the work was lacking. Additionally, the pricing displayed on the website has not been updated, although it remains reasonable.
Absolutely adored my nails, and the pricing was reasonable! The individual who worked on them was charming and amicable :)
Visited the establishment yesterday, and a new individual took care of my nails and pedicure. He started with my nails but displayed a sour attitude when I requested to see the colour and add a glitter coat to one nail. The nails did not meet my expectations as there was no proper apex on the nail bed. Subsequently, he prepared the water for my pedicure and left me soaking my feet for over an hour, neglecting me to attend to another customer's nails. After making eye contact with my daughter, the usual attendant, June, approached and apologized, taking over the service. The experience this time was absolutely unacceptable. The new staff member should be dismissed, as upon inspecting my nails today, it is evident that they were not painted correctly. A definite decline in service quality!
