Such a delightful experience with Olivia, she was a joy to chat with during my visit.
Arranged a massage for 6.30pm but was then asked to come for 6.40pm. Upon arrival at 6.30pm, the door was locked and there was no response to calls. After waiting for over 25 minutes with no communication or apology, I found the experience to be extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
I scheduled an appointment for 7pm as requested, but upon arrival was informed of a delay to 7:20pm. I expressed my concerns about the inconvenience this caused me due to prior commitments and requested a discount. Unfortunately, I received no response and decided to leave. After leaving, I was asked to return 10 minutes later, to which I declined. The lack of communication and unprofessionalism displayed was disappointing.
