The woman who owns the salon is delightful and very welcoming. The prices have increased significantly, and at times, the quality of the manicure and pedicure finish is not up to a very high standard. The location is convenient and well-situated in town.
I had my nails done at Emma's nails 3 weeks ago and I rebooked to see the same person. However, I was assigned someone else, so my request was not honoured. The young individual took an incredibly long time to do my nails, almost an hour! I will be extremely upset if I receive a parking fine for being 10 minutes over my time. I am not pleased. The proprietor is delightful but...
On my first visit, I wanted to remove my SNS nails completely, which I hadn't done before as I'm relatively new to SNS. Upon arrival, I was advised to wait another week as they appeared fine even though they had been on for four weeks. Lacking knowledge, I returned the following week and had my fingers soaked in acetone for about 20 minutes. A month later, my fingers are still peeling and in a terrible condition.
