The expression "Haven of tranquillity" is often overused, but in this instance, it's entirely fitting. The customer service at the front desk is exceptional. Upon my arrival to redeem a voucher for a "thoroughly good massage," I was greeted by warm smiles and a cup of tea. The massage itself lasted 75 minutes and the results were astounding. The ambiance of the premises exudes peace and tranquillity, and the therapists are highly skilled.
