Attempted to shift blame to a booking mix-up despite the receipt and confirmation clearly showing the correct date - such a disappointing reaction to a despicable way to treat a previously loyal customer.
Abandoned the groom outside the salon on his wedding day. No word, no calls. Truly heart-wrenching. Appalling!!
