Hannah is truly skilled. My nails look absolutely stunning. The facials and hot stone treatments are simply fantastic. I always leave Luxe feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I highly recommend any ladies who enjoy pampering themselves to give it a try. Thank you! 😊
The package was reasonably priced at £25 for a hot stone massage with an Indian head massage. However, my experience did not meet my expectations; the location was hard to find, the ambiance in the room was not relaxing, and my massage was frequently disrupted by loud external noises. Despite requesting a firmer pressure, the massage was too light. I did not receive the Indian head massage as promised; instead, I had a hot stone massage on my back only, followed by a scalp massage. My shoulders were barely touched, my neck was completely neglected, and the service overall was subpar. When I reached out before leaving a negative review, I was met with a dismissive response claiming that everything was done as advertised (but where was my Indian Head Massage?). In conclusion, I left feeling extremely disappointed and worse off than when I arrived.
Hannah is a remarkable talent! I adore my lashes, they are perfect for my upcoming trip. She went above and beyond to accommodate me last minute when another lash artist fell ill, and I am forever grateful!
