What an amazing experience. Tori's expert advice is spot on. I'm absolutely thrilled with the outcome. I have never been this pleased with the service at a hair salon like I have been at Obsession's. The entire team is fantastic, couldn't find a fault in the service from beginning to end. Exceptional service equals one delighted satisfied customer.
I cannot praise Danny enough for his fabulous colour work! I always opt for a balayage and they just keep getting better and better. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair and I hope I never have to! Always warm, efficient, and dedicated to delivering his best. A perfect 10 out of 10 job as always Dan, you're the greatest! X
I have curly hair and always dread my visits to the hairdressers because I often end up looking like I've had a perm or the dreaded triangle cut (curly-haired individuals will relate!). Tori was exceptional right from the start. She noticed my nervousness, especially since I wanted a significant amount cut off, and she made the whole process wonderful. I absolutely adore my hair!
