I had a fantastic massage on Thursday, I believe the wonderful person who performed it was named Vicky. I have one suggestion, I don't blame anyone, I should have spoken up myself, but it might be helpful if customers are asked about any sensitivities. Since I wasn't asked about the oil, I assumed it would be suitable for sensitive skin, unfortunately, it wasn't, and now I have a rash and am itchy on my back, neck, and arms. I've had many massages before and this has never happened. Despite this, it was a lovely massage and I feel better overall.
I went to the salon for a gel manicure and was disappointed to learn they couldn’t do nail extensions or BIAB that day as only one staff member is trained in this. I wouldn’t have booked if I'd known, as I can do the manicure and gel polish at home, but it’s the extensions/BIAB that justify the cost for me. Nevertheless, the staff are always friendly and welcoming, and I would recommend the salon, just make sure they can provide what you need.
Sally went out of her way to fit me in before my holiday for a manicure & pedicure, I really appreciated that! Then, Hannah was a joy, and I'm so happy with the results. This is my second visit... Fantastic salon 🤩
