Everyone is so warm and welcoming, and I absolutely adore the intricate nail art they create! Their patience is commendable, and my nails always look stunning! I wholeheartedly recommend this nail salon! I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!
Terrible. Had a 10.30am appointment. Arrived punctually. Ignored for 40 minutes, only instructed to pick a colour and sit down. When I inquired about the wait time, I was told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes before they could begin my pedicure and gel polish. Essentially, nearly an hour delay!! No apology. Lack of communication regarding the delay. A disappointing experience. I will not return. Reviewed by Lisa Hopkins
