I had such fragile, thin nails that looked dreadful. I felt quite anxious about getting them done, but I'm really pleased that I did. The team were incredibly reassuring and professional, and now my nails look so much healthier.
My manicure didn't include soaking my fingers or moisturising, the nail file was old and dirty, my nails were cut too short, not cleaned underneath, the polish was sloppily applied with paint on my skin, the colour was too thick and not the right shade. I wanted the tiger eye design, but it turned out brown/orange/purple/pink instead of green/black. I didn't question it at first, and by the time I realized it wasn't changing, I was too disheartened and had to leave. Tip: Stick with a good manicurist and don't stray.
